DMCA / Copyright Policy

PlasticTouch.tv respects intellectual property rights and expects all users (including clinics, surgeons, staff, agencies, and marketing partners) to do the same.

Copyright Ownership

All PlasticTouch.tv animations, models, narration, captions, stills, and derivative visuals are protected by copyright and other IP laws. You receive only the usage rights described in your active subscription (Consult / Clinic) or in your paid License (lifetime commercial license). You do not receive ownership.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that any content on PlasticTouch.tv or being publicly used by one of our customers infringes your copyright, please send a notice that includes ALL of the following:

• Your full legal name and contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• The exact URL(s) or specific location(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to the content and/or suspend the related account.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notice containing:

• Your full legal name and contact information.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Delaware, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant then files an action seeking a court order, we may restore the removed content in our discretion.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
