What's the difference between Free, Premium, and License?

Premium ($99/month, billed annually) = Watermark-free viewing, clinic website generator, bio link, AI-powered TV presentations, website embeds, analytics, and custom branding. Includes a 7-day free trial.
License ($399/video) = One-time perpetual download with commercial rights per EULA.
What is included in the Premium subscription?
Premium gives you access to everything: all 3D animations without watermarks, secure patient sharing links, clinic website and bio link generator, AI-powered TV waiting room presentations, website embeds with analytics, custom branding across all touchpoints, and a full analytics dashboard.
What is the Clinic Website feature?
Premium includes two website options you can generate from your clinic data:
Mini Website (Bio Link) — A single-page link-in-bio with your clinic info, team, procedures, testimonials, and contact details. Perfect for social media profiles.
Full Website — A multi-page professional clinic website with custom hero, navigation, services, gallery, team pages, and more. Both are generated automatically from the data you enter once in Clinic Info.
What are AI TV Presentations?
Premium includes an AI-powered presentation system for your waiting room TV. It automatically generates branded slides featuring your team members, procedures, testimonials, gallery, and more. You can create custom playlists, schedule content, and control everything from your phone or laptop. Supports 13 languages with RTL support.
What is the 7-day Premium free trial?
All new signups receive a 7-day free trial with full Premium access. Credit card required upfront. Test all features including clinic website, TV presentations, website embeds, and custom branding. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Premium subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.
What happens to my website and TV if I cancel?
If you cancel Premium, your clinic website, bio link, website embeds, and TV presentations will stop working at the end of your billing period. Your configuration and data are saved, so everything resumes immediately upon reactivation.
Does it work with WordPress/Webflow/Wix?
Yes. Premium provides embed codes that work on any website platform. Domain verification ensures your content stays secure. You can also use the generated clinic website independently — no external platform needed.
Can I use videos in ads or offline?
Only with a License. The Premium subscription covers streaming, embedding, TV display, and presentations but does not include download rights or advertising permissions.
Do I need a License if I have Premium?
It depends on your use case. Premium allows streaming, embedding, TV display, clinic website, and presentations but does not include download rights. If you need to download files, use videos in ads, or use them offline (e.g., external platforms), you need a License for those specific videos.
What is PlasticTouch BA?
PlasticTouch BA is a separate native app for professional before & after case management. It lets you capture, organize, and showcase patient results. Are the animations medically accurate?
Yes. All animations are developed in collaboration with board-certified plastic surgeons and registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Our work is protected under federal copyright law. Unauthorized use is subject to legal action per our Terms of Service.
How secure are the embeds?
Premium uses domain whitelisting and referer checks to ensure videos only play on your verified domains. Each embed has a unique token that cannot be shared or used on unauthorized websites.
Can I add my clinic logo to videos?
Yes. Premium includes custom branding that lets you add your clinic logo to shared videos, embeds, TV presentations, and your generated clinic website.
