What It Is
A philosophy and set of techniques designed to maintain the native dorsal aesthetic lines by preserving key nasal structures whenever possible. Instead of traditional hump removal followed by reconstruction, preservation approaches aim to reshape or “lower” the dorsal framework while keeping the skin–soft-tissue envelope and dorsal contour more intact—often improving smoothness, stability, and a natural look.
